Darleen Guerrero, Esq. is licensed in the state of Nevada. She practices in the areas of immigration both locally and nationally. She also practices criminal defense in Las Vegas, Nevada only.

Darleen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in May 2015. She graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2018. She demonstrated her passion for immigration law through hard work as she became first in her immigration law class.

After graduation, Darleen worked with a firm in Las Vegas that specialized in immigration and criminal law for three years. The firm focused on analyzing the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. She gained invaluable experience in Immigration Court. She represented clients in removal proceedings defending forms of relief varying from Asylum to Cancellation of Removal. She has written briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals, Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She attended numerous interviews with clients at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and has represented clients in criminal proceedings in the Eighth District Court, and in the Justice and Municipal Courts in Clark County.

Darleen has a passion for helping others. Coming from a family of immigrants, she understands first-hand the need for an honest and professional service. Her life experiences make her aware of the unique emotional stress that immigration and criminal law issues can produce. She understands the difficulties of living in a country unseen and the limited resources available to those that live within. Darleen understands the great importance of guidance and honest representation for those going through and the need for understanding. She will sit with you and explain the entire process as well as all your options and will make sure you feel comfortable with her representation.
